Hybris

Nerello Mascalese grapes are pressed very lightly and then the juice is separated from the dark-coloured skins. As the juice is itself colourless, the resulting wine remains white.

Very light-bodied, it offers a taste profile that includes peach and passion fruit notes that lead into spices such as cinnamon. It balances perfectly light tannins with fruitiness.
