Le Stranizze Spumante Grillo

Le Stranizze Spumante Brut Grillo is a sparkling wine certified Sicilia DOC.

It is produced using the Martinotti (Charmat) method, which helps preserve the fresh and fruity aromas typical of the Grillo grape variety.

Its main characteristics are minerality and sapidity, resulting from the vineyard’s proximity to the sea. On the palate, it perfectly reflects the typical Sicilian terroir, with citrus fruit aromas complemented by floral and herbal notes.

The name “Le Stranizze” comes from the song “Stranizza d’amuri” by the renowned Sicilian singer-songwriter Franco Battiato. The label features a female figure, originally created by local ceramist Eugenio Sclafani as a gift to the De Gregorio family.
