IGT ALPI RETICHE "CERASUM"

This wine is produced through the rosé vinification of the "Chiavennasca" Nebbiolo grapes. Vineyards are cultivated in the production areas of "Alpi Retiche IGT" in predominantly sandy, permeable and basically acid soils. Bright and luminous cherry pink. Fine and intense on the nose, with long and deep fruity notes of cherry combined with a floral texture. Perfect pairing with semi-hard cheeses, meat and fish dishes.
