VALTELLINA SUPERIORE DOCG "GIUPA" RISERVA

Produced with Nebbiolo "Chiavennasca" grapes, cultivated with modified Valtellina arch. Obtained from vineyard grown in the most suitable areas of Valtellina Superiore Docg which enjoy excellent sun exposure and so a favorable microclimate, in sandy, moderately deep and basically acid soils. Minimum aging of 12 months in small oak barrels. According to the production disciplinary, it mus age at least 36 months before being marketed. Brilliant ruby red, with a rich and layered scent, elegant and decisive with evident notes of flowers and fruit jam. Wine produced only in the best vintages.Perfect pairing with typical Valtellina dishes, red meats, braised and aged cheeses.
