Description
Produced with Nebbiolo (Chiavennasca), Pignola and Rossola cultivated with modified Valtellina arch. Vineyards cultivated in the production areas of Valtellina Superiore Inferno Docg: Montagna, Poggiridenti and Tresivio. Minimum aging of 24 months, 12 of which in oak barrels. Brilliant ruby red, intense and clean on the nose it reveals itself with a mix of fruit and balsamic notes. The spicy nuances animate a harmonious and soft body. Equipped with balanced freshness. Perfect pairing with Valtellina cheeses, structured first courses and red meats.
