VALTELLINA SUPERIORE DOCG SASSELLA "LA PRIORA" RISERVA

Produced with Nebbiolo "Chiavennasca" grapes cultivated with modified Valtellina arch. Vineyards cultivated in the production areas of Valtellina Superiore Docg Sassella: Sondrio and Castione Andevenno in predominantly sandy, permeable, and moderately deep soil. The total ageing period, according to the production disciplinary must be at least 36 months. Ruby red with garnet hues. Fine and intense aroma that recalls dried red flowers fruit jam and balsamic notes. Pairing with typical Valtellina dishes, red meats, game and aged cheeses.
