In addition to our Bordeaux range, we also craft “free expression” wines from the same terroir, using alternative vinification methods that result in truly distinctive styles.

An oxymoron is a figure of speech where two words with contradictory meanings are unexpectedly combined. In the same spirit, on our traditional Bordeaux terroir we produce wines that deliberately break with Bordeaux classicism.

Our Oxymore Orange is a striking example: made from white grapes vinified as if they were red, then aged in authentic Georgian qvevris — clay vessels used by the very first winemakers in the Caucasus thousands of years ago.
