La Micro Winerie

" I created the Micro Winerie in 2021! I am Maxime Rozé, an Agricultural Engineer and Oenologist, and I worked for several years in production in France and abroad (California / NewZealand). Passionate about this field, I naturally wanted to make my own wine. However, not coming from a family of winemakers (I am originally from Brittany with parents who are computer engineers), I decided to focus on purchasing organic grapes in the city center,in order to offer wine-related events throughout the year and share my passion with as many people as possible.

I therefore proposed the project to different places, and it quickly matched with the DARWIN structure, which had been considering this project for several years and which made sense in the business ecosystem (already having beer/coffee/chocolate production). And so the Micro Winerie was created in february 2021 for receiving the first vintage in September 2021.
