Pinot Noir 2020

The Paul Knod winery is located in the German town of Burg in the Mosel region.

Here, grapes are cultivated on high-quality vineyards. The vineyards are situated on steep slate slopes down towards the Moselle River.

Paul Knod is a family business that has been operated by vintner Rainer Knod since 1995.

In addition to Riesling, which is typical for the Mosel region, Rainer has introduced other grape varieties such as the juicy, smooth Grauburgunder (Pinot Gris) and the more fruity Spätburgunder (Pinot Noir).

In 2005, the winery received the federal honorary award, and later multiple awards in the international Best of Riesling competition.

The Riesling and Burgundy varieties from Paul Knod enchant year after year, and the estate's legendary approach makes it exciting to follow the development.
