At Tenuta la Pineta, we decided to produce a pure Canaiolo to celebrate the fruitiness and elegance of this special grape variety.
The aroma is very intense and complex - fruity (especially cherries) and floral. Soft animal notes against a spiced background.
The taste is also fruity and warm, balanced with a pleasant acidity.
Medium body, intense and persistent.
