Carus Vini is a young family-owned estate located in San Casciano Val di Pesa, in the heart of the Chianti Classico region. Our vineyard spans 26 hectares, of which 13.5 hectares are dedicated to wine production and 5.5 hectares to olive groves. In our vineyards, we produce high-quality organic wines – Chianti Classico and Super Tuscans – exclusively from our own grapes. We create fine wines with minimal environmental impact by using modern technologies and experimenting with precision agriculture techniques. In our winery, we have installed solar panels for energy production, and in the vineyards, we are experimenting with natural enzymes to strengthen the vines' immune system. A winery with natural and organic farming. No synthetic products are used. We also use plant-based preparations (phytotherapy). We use nettles for their revitalizing effect, horsetail, willow… Most of these plants are collected around our vineyards. When we prepare them, we always try to respect their redox potential to keep them as vital as possible. Each plant receives its own specific treatment.
